Check-in/Check-out Policies

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies.
 

Check-In: 2:00 PM

Check-Out: 12:00 PM

Late Check-out Hour: 5:00 PM

Late Check-out Fees: $30.00

Late check-out (after 12:00 PM and before 5:00 PM) may result in a fee.

Property and Cancellation Policies :

Base policy:

  • 72-hour cancellation window

  • Travelers who cancel 72 hours or more before 6:00 PM CST on the day of check-in are charged no fee.

  • Travelers who cancel less than 72 hours before 6:00 PM CST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 1 night plus tax.


Seasonal policy:

  • 09/Apr/2022 - 17/Apr/2022 - Non-Refundable: If you change or cancel your booking you will not get a refund or credit to use for a future stay. This policy will apply regardless of COVID-19, subject to any local consumer laws.

  • 23/Dec/2022 - 01/Jan/2023 - Non-Refundable: If you change or cancel your booking you will not get a refund or credit to use for a future stay. This policy will apply regardless of COVID-19, subject to any local consumer laws.

 
Terms and Conditions

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

  • Minimum check-in age: 18 years.

  • The entrance to the property is closed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

  • There is no front desk at this property.

  • Late check-out requests must be confirmed by our reception team and are subject to room availability.

  • A security deposit is requested by credit card at the entrance to the hotel to cover the entire length of your stay, which will be returned or applied to your charge at the time of check-out.

  • Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions.

  • If you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM, please contact the property in advance.

  • All offers are valid individually for each reservation and cannot be combined.

 

Child policies:

  • Children of any age are welcome.

  • Children cannot be left unattended.

 

Cot and extra bed policies:

  • Cots and extra beds are not available at this property.

  • There's no capacity for cribs at this property.

 

Pets

  • Dog-friendly hotel.  

  • Allowed dogs per room - 1 (up to 18 lbs.). 

  • Pets cannot be left unattended.

Important information

 

Fee for local cuisine breakfast: USD 5 for adults and USD 5 for children (approximately). 

POLICIES OF CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS OF YOUR RESERVATION 
1.      Any change or cancellation to your reservation must be requested at +504 32383896 at least 72 hours before the date of arrival at the Hotel, providing your confirmation code(s). For reservations made the same day of the stay, changes or cancellations will not apply, so the "NoShow" charge will be made, corresponding to the charge of one night plus taxes for each room to the credit card provided to guarantee the reservation.2.      Regardless of the nights reserved, if the change or cancellation is not made in the time and manner mentioned above, or if the Guest does not show up on the date of entry, the "No Show" charge will be made.3.      All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card in the guest's name or deposit for an amount equal to the total amount to be paid for the stay. In the event that said reservation is not guaranteed, the hotel will not be obliged to respect the reservation. The Hotel will carry outa preliminary verification with the issuing bank of the credit card 72 hours before the guest's arrival. In the event that said pre-verification is not approved, the reservation will be considered as Not Guaranteed, and the Hotel will not be obliged to respect the stay thereof.4.      In payments by credit or debit card at the cash desk, the cardholder must present their bank card and official photoidentification.5.      In case of not making the payment at the time of the check-in of the guest that does not comply with what is established in the previous point, it will be interpreted as a lack of presentation of the guest and will give rise to the charge for "No Show" in the same terms of the next point.6.      In stays of more than one night, if the guest does not show up at the Hotel on the date and time established for the check-in, the customer will be charged the penalty as a "No Show"(the first night of the room plus taxes) on the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. The rest of the stay will be canceled automatically. 

DEPOSIT
For incidental charges, government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in.  
Beach House - A deposit for an incidental charge of
100 USD is needed before check-in. The deposit will be requested in advance or at check-in. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required. 

WARRANTY
The maximum capacity of people will depend on the type of room reserved. 

You need to know:

  • Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy.

  • Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed.

  • In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all common indoor areas.
