A: We are open from 9AM to 7PM.

Q: Do you have parking?
A: Yes, we do have parking and security.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located in Omoa, Cortes, the entrance is on the CA-13 highway next to the UNO gas station.
Q: Are you Pet Friendly?
A: Yes, only in the beach area. Keep your pet on a leash, be responsible, pick up their waste and take care of them at all times.
Q: Can food or beverages be brought in?
A: No, food and/or beverages are not allowed.

Q: Do I have to pay an entrance fee or is it by consumption?
A: We offer "Pasadía" (DayPass) service, WHEN CONSUMING at the Restaurant Viña del Mar you have the DayPass, this includes: Lunch, refreshments, entrance, and services.
Q: Do I have to make a reservation for the DayPass?
A: No, reservations are not necessary, it is first-come, first served from 9 AM.
Q: Is there any promotion?
A: We have a 10% discount when paying with BAC card (Valid from Monday to Thursday).

Q: Is breakfast included?
A: Yes, the accommodation includes breakfast for our customers staying in the room.
Q: What time is the check-in and check-out?
A: The check-in: 2:00PM and the check-out: 12PM. You can arrive before check-in time and stay in the facilities, the room will be delivered at the indicated time; you can also stay in the facilities when you check-out, the room must be vacated at the indicated time.
Q: What anemnities are included with our rooms?
A: Air conditioning, cable TV, wireless Internet (WiFi).
